I am a photographer focusing on the narrative documentary. One main thread subject of my works trough out the years has been how a subject relates to the historical time frame they are part of. My other themes are feeling like an outsider, the expectations the society puts upon us and failure.
I have an idea that the time will finish up my work. That is the reason I make projects with a long time span and work on many different projects simultaneously.
I’m a doctoral student in Aalto University, the subject of my study is the ways of directing people in photographs. I counter those to the theories of the directing actors is the theater.
